Every product we sell, what it does, the specs you can quote, where to send a customer to buy it, and how to answer the usual questions. If something isn't here, ask Andrea before telling the customer.
Send customers the checkout link for the product they want. The store (quietprotector.com) only lists some products. Shopify accepts one discount code per order.

How to read the SKU on an order line. The number after the dash is almost always the pack size, so ESB-4 is four TerraShells, not product number 4. The spec sheet on each card lists that product's SKUs too.
